Mark Anthony was attending St. John's University at
Collegeville in December of 1947. He was engaged to be married. Mark was also
to act as best man in his brother Greg wedding's the following June.
On the
afternoon of Dec 19th, Mark was playing hockey with some of his buddies at
school. When they finished they were heading to dinner at the college
cafeteria.
Each had gone to his dorm room to change. When a friend of Mark's
came to meet him for dinner, he found Mark dying of heart failure. He was 23
years old.
